It's not so much an unusual tune as it is a different version of a currently popular Rihanna tune: Disturbia. The singing is pretty good, but I really like the acoustic guitar for this particular song:

George Bush U2 Mashup
There are a lot of mash-ups on Youtube, but most seemed to favour one singer over another. What I found interesting about this U2 Sunday Bloody Sunday mashup is that it's in the voice of George W. Bush. Not quite sure how lvlvlv1 managed to get all the clips of George Bush to fit Sunday Bloody Sunday, but it's innovative. lvlvlv1 has a few more mashups, it's worth checking out his profile for other mashups.
